The common kidney bean is also known to be one of the most common sources of complex carbohydrate. This common bean is consumed in many regions of the world and is also the main ingredient in a variety of dishes served in various countries and cultures around the world. The kidney bean is frequently consumed in Indian and Spanish cuisines.
