Leaked email exposes Liver King, Earth’s most unnatural man, for monthly steroid abuse of $16,000

Ever since Liver King (real name: Brain Johnson) came into the public spotlight, there have been suspicions of steroid abuse by anyone with working eyes.

This week, after endless denial, the 45-year-old “fitness charlatan” was forced to face the music. A YouTube video titled “The Liver King Lie” posted by Derek de More plates More dates (see: below) revealed the extent of his deception, complete with an exchange of emails/confession detailing his steroid use.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the ongoing drama.

Who the hell is Liver King?

With an impressive 1.7 million followers on Instagram and an even bigger 3.5 million followers on TikTok, Liver King is a controversial US-based fitness influencer who has built a following by preaching an “ancestral” and “primal” lifestyle.

What is “ancestral life”?

Essentially, Liver King preached a regular organic diet of raw liver and testicles along with a strict training regimen, which apparently mimics the way our ancient ancestors lived (side note: cap).

This is touted as “ancestral life” to anyone gullible enough to believe it will yield astonishing results to the Liver King himself; believing that Liver King is natty (natural); as well as throwing money at Liver King’s ancestral online business supplements.

Liver King Leaked Email

Here’s a transcript of the email that made headlines:

Matter: RE: Confidentiality… [REDACTED]

Very happy. Thanks!

What is the right day and time for you to have our consultation?

I live in the Republic of Texas (Houston) so I’m CST/CDT (I believe that’s 12 hours behind you). This is a top priority for me, so I will cancel almost anything planned for this to happen with you. My favorite times are 7:00, 8:00, or 9:00 Wednesday CST, but I could easily do 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. most nights. In your day, I believe it’s 7 or 8 or 9 p.m. on Thursday or 6 or 7 a.m. almost any morning of the week. Please check my calculations on this. As it is outside of your usual hours, I am happy to make up for the problem.

So let’s dig in…

As for my goals, I am the face of several brands including Ancestral Supplements and have just hired a team to build the Liver King brand with the goal of 1 million subscribers by March 2022 – i have ridiculous resources to make this happen, including hosting a video guy, who will live in my guest house, and a film crew who will film 7 days a month…said i have to stay in full shape all year round (maybe take 1 -2 months off/year). Here’s a snippet of where I’m at now:

I have been working for 35 years. I know how to eat, train, rest and recover (I even have a rigid hyperbaric chamber in my house)…but…as I hit my mid-40s, it’s getting harder and harder and the back fat bothers me. kill. To support these exhaustive efforts, I recently started taking Omnitrope…the 5.8mg vials from Empower Pharmacy (US$11,000 / AU$16,000 per month for my new dose which is 4 vials/week – 16 vials/month). I don’t know if this shit is grossly underdosed or what, but I’ve been taking 2 vials a week and my IGF-I is only 139 (see recent labs below). My doctor told me I could double it with the goal of getting to the upper 200/lower 300. She thinks I might be a hyper non-responder??? I wonder if taking a damn other peptide could confuse the results and possibly interfere with the effectiveness. For example, here’s what I’m currently taking

  • IGF-1 LR – take this for a year
  • CJC with Imap – takes this for a year
  • Ibutamoren – been taking this for 2 months
  • Omnitrope – been taking this for 6 weeks
  • Test cyp 0.6 cc per week (cruising dose)
  • Decca 0.6 cc per week – I have been taking it for 3 weeks
  • Winstrol 50mg/day (just started) – been taking it for 3 weeks

My blood sugar (every morning it’s around 74) and insulin are great because I’m metabolically fit as shit, or so I think… some doctors think my insulin is too low but I think it’s because i’m very insulin sensitive because i work out like a fucking maniac i.e. i work out twice a day 6 days a week and i walk 10 12 miles on rest day. Can you help me compose the PED and growth hormone protocol to maximize results?

Denying Till You Die: Liver King’s Response to the Allegations

In the past, Liver King’s denial has been playful and ironic. For example, when it appeared on the Pardon my grip podcast, he dodged the accusation, saying, “I’ll be honest, I take PEDs — I prioritize, execute, and dominate every fucking morning.”

Now that there is hard evidence that could cause damage quantifiable in dollars and cents, Liver King was forced to respond in a less flippant way.

“In a weird way, I’m grateful for recent events that have shed some light on this complicated as shit subject,” Liver King said of his steroid abuse.

Yet, we have yet to receive a substantive response regarding all that has transpired over the past few days. Expect updates.
